Come Home to Clean & Easy Meals

You have been traveling for weeks. Have been on a plane for 15 hours. You are bloated from airport food and client dinners. Take a shower, sit in your house, and eat CLEAN.

Three of my favorite ways to have a yummy and healthy meal without going to the grocery store immediately!

Daily Harvest currently in freezer.

Meal Delivery Services

There are many out there, so choose which best suits your eating habits! Personally, if I can drink my meal, that makes me happy. Bonus points if I don't have to cook it right away.

Solution: Daily Harvest

They are flash frozen, pre-assembled smoothies, chia bowls, soups, etc. Add either a milk (I use almond) or a water (I use coconut), blend, and boom. Dinner is served.

So good for you.

Old Fashioned Oatmeal

It keeps forever in the pantry. It is incredibly good for you, so "they" say. It is filling and delicious. I jazz mine up with chia seeds and goji berries (rehydrate both in hot water for at least 30 minutes). Or, use whatever dried fruit you like!

An oldie but a goodie.

Protein Shake

Find what works for you, as long as all the ingredients can stay in the pantry or freezer.

My Recipe: Frozen banana, ice, protein powder, 1/2 unsweetened almond milk (the kind you buy in the non-refrigerated aisle), 1/2 water, teaspoon coconut oil, teaspoon molasses.

There are a bajillion protein powders out there. I tend to use anything that is organic and plant based. Read a few articles about choosing the right powder for you, if you are interested.
